… The serpentine road opens up magnificent views of the Carpathian Mountains, winding kilometer by kilometer of the Kiev – Chop highway. And now, finally, the 739th kilometer. As soon as the car crosses two bridges, across the stormy river Latorica, and in front of you stands the alpine-style building of the motel-restaurant “Chalet”.
“Chalet” translated from the French, in antiquity, an alpine rural house built of stone and wood, to shelter people, shepherds and cattle from bad weather.
Therefore, we suggest staying with us, waiting for the bad weather to end by the warm fireplace, warming up with the mulled wine “Tirol” and try our restaurant’s delicious home-cooked Ukrainian and Astro-Hungarian cuisines, which our grandparents and grandparents knew. Before your lunch or dinner, you can order a bottle of fine wine from our “wine corner”, where the best producers of this beverage, which is famous since biblical times, are selected
If you are tired of traveling the Carpathians, we suggest relaxing in our comfortable and cozy rooms. We offer 4 double, 2 family (four people) rooms and 5 two-level wooden cottages, which are equipped with everything you need for a rest: spacious bed, shower, toilet, satellite TV, WI-FI internet.
After having breakfast and a cup of coffee, you’re ready to go again.
And on a hot summer day, hiding from the heat with a glass of cool beer, you can sit on the terrace or gazebo near the mountain river Latorica.
As you wait for our friendly waiters to serve you your order, you can rest after sitting behind the wheel, taking a walk along the Latorica on a comfortable wooden walkway.
The car parking lot and the entire area adjacent to our facility are securely guarded and are under video-surveillance.
